Joe's Pomegranate Clementine Crush

Every sip of this refreshing cocktail delivers the feel and flavor of a summer to fall transition.



This recipe makes 1 cocktail


INGREDIENTS


  • One fresh clementine.

  • Six drops of Peychaud Bitters.

  • Two ounces of Frey Ranch Straight Bourbon Whiskey.

  • Two ounces of pomegranate juice.

  • Fresh pomegranate seeds.

  • Sparkling water.


DIRECTIONS


Add the peeled clementine (all but one morsel) to a glass or shaker.


Add the bitters and pomegranate juice.


Muddle together.


Add the bourbon.


Shake vigorously with ice.


Strain into a glass filled with ice (preferably crushed) and some pomegranate seeds.


Top with a splash of sparkling water.


Garnish with the remaining clementine morsel and enjoy!
