This recipe makes 1 cocktail
INGREDIENTS
One fresh clementine.
Six drops of Peychaud Bitters.
Two ounces of Frey Ranch Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
Two ounces of pomegranate juice.
Fresh pomegranate seeds.
Sparkling water.
DIRECTIONS
Add the peeled clementine (all but one morsel) to a glass or shaker.
Add the bitters and pomegranate juice.
Muddle together.
Add the bourbon.
Shake vigorously with ice.
Strain into a glass filled with ice (preferably crushed) and some pomegranate seeds.
Top with a splash of sparkling water.
Garnish with the remaining clementine morsel and enjoy!
