Joe's Berrynut Banana Smoothie

The secret to this smoothie is to not use any ice. By instead opting for frozen bananas and berries you can achieve a super chill and extra smooth consistency that will hold together perfectly, even when coming to room temperature. Packed with protein and antioxidants, this smoothie has the essence of a banana split, but is much healthier!


Make 6 Servings

  • 2 Cups Frozen Bananas.

  • 2 Cups Frozen Berry Blend (Usually Strawberries, Blackberries & Blueberries).

  • 1/3 cup Peanut Butter.

  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder.

  • 3 Cups Unsweetened Almond, Oat or Soy Milk.


Combine the ingredients into a blender and blend on high for about a minute. If too thick, you can add a bit more of the almond milk to achieve a milkshake-like consistency.

Garnish with some frozen berries and a sprig of mint.
